Andres first learned about GFI through his cousin Sergio, who explained what he does for the company and how it helps families build financial wealth and make better financial decisions. Finances had always interested Andres, but he never knew where to start learning about it — so he decided to join GFI, both to learn how to build financial wealth himself and to share that knowledge to help other families do the same.
Andres's mom passed away last year. He was always there for her, taking care of her, and in doing so found that he genuinely enjoys helping people. That experience is what drives him now — he realized people need what he can deliver, because at one time his own family needed exactly that. He also has a brother currently serving in the U.S. Navy, stationed in New York.
Andres enjoys helping people plan for their children's futures and for the unfortunate circumstances that can arise at a moment's notice. He's been there himself, and he knows firsthand what not knowing can lead to. The Latino community is always in his foresight, since that's his own culture — but he enjoys educating anyone who wants to learn.
Andres is 22, originally from San Diego, California, and now living in Texas. He has two dogs who are his pride and joy. Outside of work he likes working on cars and learning more about mechanic work, and watching motorsports — F1, IMSA, Formula Drift, and more. His dad works at a mechanic shop with his uncle, which is where he thinks his own interest in cars came from.
