Alaina got into this industry after watching her dad begin his own career in the field. Seeing the impact he was making sparked her interest — she wanted the same opportunity: to help individuals and families protect what matters most while building real relationships with her clients.
Alaina enjoys working with people in general, and feels most drawn to helping small business owners.
Alaina spent 4 years in FFA, including a leadership role, which gave her extensive knowledge of agriculture. Outside of work, she'd describe herself as quiet and reserved — but once you get to know her, she doesn't stop talking.
